These are the major journals that publish papers about geometry algorithms.  Clicking on a journal's name will take you to its web site.  Most journal sites will provide an archive of past Table of Contents along with abstracts.  Some provide online papers (but you usually have to subscribe).

Note:
marks journals that regularly have articles about geometry algorithms.  Other journals may only occasionally have such articles.  Journals are listed alphabetically.

Algorithmica (since 1982)
Springer-Verlag
This is an international journal which publishes original papers on algorithms that are either (i) theoretical papers addressing problems arising in practical areas or (ii) experimental papers that have general appeal because of their practical importance or techniques.  The fields of interest include algorithms in applied areas such as: ..., parallel processing, automated design, robotics, graphics, ... as well as algorithms in fundamental areas such as sorting, searching, data structures, computational geometry, and linear programming.
Computational Geometry : Theory and Applications (since 1993)
Elsevier Science
This journal is a forum for research in theoretical and applied aspects of computational geometry. The journal publishes fundamental research in all areas of the subject, as well as disseminating information on the applications, techniques, and use of computational geometry.  It publishes articles on the design and analysis of geometric algorithms. All aspects of computational geometry are covered, including the numerical, graph theoretical and combinatorial aspects.
Computer Aided Geometric Design (since 1984)
Elsevier Science
Computer Aided Geometric Design is concerned with representations, constructions, deformations and approximations of curves, surfaces and volumes.  Its applications include the design of shapes ... as well as the representation of physical phenomena.  This journal will report on new developments including but not restricted to the following: curves, surfaces and volumes, interpolation and approximation , ..., mathematical aspects of computer graphics applications, ..., animation representation of physical phenomena, the geometric aspects of CAD/CAM, and Robot Kinematics.
Computer Graphics and Applications (since 1981)
IEEE Press
This journal bridges the theory and practice of computer graphics. From specific algorithms to full system implementations, it offers a unique combination of peer-reviewed feature articles and informal departments, including news and product announcements.
Computer Graphics World (since 1977)
This popular magazine covers the latest-and-greatest computer graphics software, hardware, games, and movies. If you want to know what's happening, this is a great publication. Oriented toward the computer graphics specialist, there is plenty of technical substance, including discussion of geometry algorithm applications and techniques. There is a searchable online archive of past issues since 1995.  In 2002, their 25th anniversary, CGW had an excellent 7 article series with a 25 year retrospective about fields in which computer graphics are used, as follows:
CGW Retro Part 1 (01/02): Digital Art
CGW Retro Part 2 (02/02):
CAD/CAM/CAE
CGW Retro Part 3 (03/02): Gaming
CGW Retro Part 4 (04/02):
Broadcasting
CGW Retro Part 5 (05/02): Science Visualizations
CGW Retro Part 6 (06/02):
Architecture
CGW Retro Part 7 (07/02): Movies (Effects and Animation)
Discrete & Computational Geometry (since 1982)
Springer-Verlag
This is an international journal of mathematics and computer science, covering a broad range of topics in which geometry plays a fundamental role.  It accepts research articles of high quality in discrete geometry and on the design and analysis of geometric algorithms
  Geombinatorics (since 1991)
Univ. of Colorado
A journal of OPEN PROBLEMS of combinatorial and discrete geometry and related areas.
  Geometriae Dedicata (since 1972)
Kluwer Academic Publishers
This journal aims to be a vehicle for excellent publications in geometry and related areas.  Starting in January 2000, the journal will concentrate on geometry and its relationship to topology, group theory, and the theory of dynamical systems.  This journal is very theoretical and high quality, but not algorithmically oriented.  Nevertheless, because of its focus on geometric techniques, we have included it on this list.
Information Processing Letters (IPL) (since 1971)
Elsevier Science
The aim of the IPL is to allow rapid dissemination of interesting results in the field of information processing in the form of short, concise papers. ... The scope of IPL is suggested by the following alphabetical list of keywords: algorithms - analysis of algorithms - ... - computational geometry - ... - data structures - design of algorithms - ...etc.
International Journal of Computational Geometry and Applications (since 1991)
World Scientific
This is a bimonthly international journal devoted to the field of computational geometry within the framework of design and analysis of algorithms.  Emphasis is placed on the computational aspects of geometric problems that arise in various fields of science and engineering including computer-aided geometry design, computer graphics, constructive solid geometry, operations research, pattern recognition, robotics, solid modeling, VLSI routing/layout, and others.
Journal of the ACM (JACM) (since 1954)
Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
The JACM aims to provide coverage of the most significant work going on in computer science, broadly construed. It publishes original research papers of lasting value in computer science, and is particularly interested in work at the boundaries, both the boundaries of subdisciplines of computer science and the boundaries between computer science and other fields.
  Journal of Algorithms (since 1980)
Academic Press
This journal presents papers on algorithms that are inherently discrete and finite and that have some natural mathematical content, either in their objective or in their analysis.
